Studio guidelines

Reserve your spot

Reserve through the online schedule or the MindBody app. Turn on email reminders and notifications so you hear about any class changes.

Arrive early

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class to get checked in and settled. No latecomers, please — we cannot make exceptions.

Mats, props & towels

Bring your own mat if you can; mat rental is $3 and our mats are cleaned after each use. We have all the props you need, and towels can be rented for $1.

Shoes & what to wear

No shoes on the studio floors — place them in the cubbies. Wear non-slip socks or bare feet, and comfortable clothing that lets your body stretch and move easily.

Feeling unwell

If you are ill — even just the sniffles — please stay home. If you have any major health concerns or injuries, get your doctor’s clearance and let your teacher know.

A peaceful space

Please silence phones, refrain from perfume or cologne, and avoid gum. There is no eating in the studio so everyone can have a peaceful experience.

Cancellations & refunds
  • In-person classes: cancel at least 5 hours before start time to return the class to your account. Late-cancels and no-shows forfeit the class.
  • Online classes: cancel at least 2 hours before. A 4-student minimum is needed to hold an online class.
  • Workshops: cancel at least 48 hours before to receive workshop credit.
  • No refunds, no exceptions. Class packs and packages have expiration dates and cannot be extended.
Auto-renew memberships

For the $125 auto-renew membership, your card is charged on the same date each month. Members must give at least 30 days’ written notice to cancel or suspend, and cancellation fees may apply.

Help & FAQs
I am new to yoga. How do I choose the right class?

We recommend giving us a call so we can help you find your best class. Yoga 101 is a great place to begin, with extra instruction within slow-paced sequences. Simple Stretch is another welcoming option for those unfamiliar with yoga.

How long are classes?

Classes range from one hour to one hour and thirty minutes. Please refer to the class schedule for details on each class.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that lets your body stretch easily — leggings or sweatpants with a t-shirt, for example.

I am not flexible and haven’t exercised in years. Will I be okay?

You do not need to be flexible to practice yoga. If you have not been physically active, start with a Yoga 101 class. Our teachers are happy to suggest what is appropriate for you — we encourage every student to work within their own capacity.

Do I need to make a reservation?

Yes. Reserve your space with our online scheduler or the MindBody mobile app.

Can I wait-list for a full class?

Yes. Many classes let you wait for an opening in case another student cancels. Enable notifications in MindBody, and if you gain a spot but cannot attend, please remove yourself promptly as a courtesy to other students.
